Shipping Times
Processing Time
- Paid Shipping received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, will be shipped on the same business day, in most cases.
- Remaining Paid Shipping received will be shipped on the next business day in most cases.
- Our Free Shipping is a great value, for those not in a rush while our team prepares your order in a few days.
- If you need your order fast or asking when it will be shipped we recommend you select UPS 2 Day Air for your best experience.
- Processing Time is subject to change during new releases, holidays and/or high volume days, should you need it sooner check out the shipping options.
- All International orders are subject to duty tax and import fees owed by the purchaser
- Bulk orders will require shipping fees to be charge to purchaser
- Shipping Speed does not include Processing Time, they are two different operations and measured differently.
- Shipping Calculations are measured by Business Days when you select a label, do not count Saturday or Sunday. This is Standard by UPS/USPS.
- Any Overnight orders received after 12:00pm may not arrive the next business day, UPS has a cut off time at 4:00pm and we also need time to prepare your order along with other orders.
- We do not support estimated times from a 3rd Party Checkout Carts (Shop Pay, FB, IG) as they provide an estimated delivery time as if we have your package ready to ship at the time of purchase, this is not the case.
Returns

We understand shopping online sometimes requires exchanges to get the best size. If you would like an exchange, please return your product for a store credit only and make a new purchase after your store credit is sent to you. All product needs to be received and approved to issued a store credit.
Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from the date you received your item.
- For hygienic reasons a used Backpacks, Towel, Drink Container and Dog Supplies with hair are not eligible for return.
- Any items with signs of use, odor, glitter, hair or personal belongings inside will not be approved, declines will be sent.
- Meal Containers need to be received in poly plastic as sent or will be considered used and/or used meal bag and not acceptable for refund.
- Reduce Pricing Items are subject to non-returnable guidelines (see product listing)

- We do not refund Shipping Insurance or Paid Shipping Labels, this is a service that has been completed and paid.

Item must be in its original packaging, with tags and must contain a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund and suitable for resale.

Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the status of your refund. Original Shipping is non refundable.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to the original form of payment used for purchase or provide a store credit based on your selection

Refund time is based on your card issuer’s policies, please allow 5-7 business days for your bank to post.
- Customers are responsible for paying postage for refunds only.
- We will send a prepaid postage label for domestic exchanges only which requires you to select store credit.

We inspect all returned products using the guidelines above for refund eligibility.

Returns and Cancellations are subject to a deduction of the original credit card processing fees.
- All returns are video recorded for documentation of item(s) received and condition of item(s).
- If the item(s) do not meet the return standards we will dispose of the item or customers are responsible to pay for shipping to return the item.
- Do not send any item back that has been used, a refund will not be issued.
- You must have an RMA number to receive a refund by using the link above. Do not send packages without the RMA number as refunds will not be generated. This is the number we need to know its you.
- RMA's will be generated when you start your return and emailed to you.
