​Exchange Policy 

  • If you are not satisfied with your product and would like to exchange, you have 30 days from the date you purchased your item. 

  • For hygienic reasons a used Backpacks, Towel and/or Drink Containers are not eligible for returns or exchanges 
  • Notify us of your request in the http://wolfpak.returnscenter.com now page of your Exchange.

  • Item must be in its original packaging, with tags and must contain a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your refund/exchange and suitable for resale.

  • Once we receive your return and inspect the item(s), we will notify you of the status of your exchange.

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

  • Customers are responsible for paying postage to reship to us. We will then reship your exchange back to you at our expense. 
  • Exchanges are subject to price difference and shipping and will be invoiced to complete. 
  • We inspect all returned products using the guidelines above for exchange or refund eligibility.
