Good quality and looks; needs some optimization to be come 5-star

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Sraps and general quality is great. Looks very good. It is a little bigger than expected. They should integrate a way to hide the straps as when you pull them fully to make size smaller they dangle around and sometimes the back ones keep getting loser as the dog pulls.

The collars are easy to adjust and provide great control for my two dogs. With minor adjustmenrs the vest were on them and ready to be used. I would recommend and buy them again.

Great Service Dog Vest

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars

Loved the actual size of the vest. Fits my 70# GSD great. Was a little disappointed the straps were so long, but so be it. The vest fits her with the chest section fitting right up to the back section. Construction is solid and the buckles rock. Great job.

Built for comfort/long lasting. I have a 40lb pit who’s built is lean/muscle. I would recommend a small, medium fits a little bigger then expected but not to bad.

I didn’t receive this as your shipping didn’t make it. What makes it all worse is that you customer support was horrendous and when I pointed out the issue they didn’t want to make it right.

I received the wrong product. I ordered a harness and received a collar. I sent a message about it and received a generic reply about their return policy.
