RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to love your WOLFpak purchase. We understand that shopping online sometimes requires a return or exchange to find the perfect fit.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery. Items received outside of this window will not qualify for return or RE-DO services.

You must start your return request using our return portal

Eligible Items
To be approved, all returned items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and in brand-new condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and all accessories

  • Be suitable for resale

  • Include proof of purchase and an order number

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Used backpacks

  • Reduced-price or final-sale items (see product listing)

  • Towels

  • Drink containers

  • Dog supplies

  • Meal containers not returned in the original plastic

  • Ice packs that are opened or contain water

  • Items showing signs of use, odor, hair, glitter, or personal belongings will not be approved.
  • Items listed on our Spring/Summer Sale

Required Accessories
All items originally included with your purchase (including patches, meal containers, ice packs, utensil sets, etc.) must be returned together. Missing components will result in the return being declined.

 

Exchanges & Store Credit
If an item was bought during a sale and the sale is over, the sale price will not go towards new products in an exchange.
Exchanges/Store credit is issued after the return is received and approved, unless you choose to do an Instant Exchange.
Exchange orders are subject to customer-paid shipping fees.
  
Return Shipping & RE-DO Service
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the RE-DO service was purchased at checkout. This is automatically added to your cart for all US and Canadian customers.
Return labels are only provided through the RE-DO service.
RE-DO services expire 15 days after delivery.
Returns outside of 15 days will not be covered, and the customer will need to purchase their own label. Returns outside of our 15 days window may be approved on a case by case bases.
RE-DO fees, shipping insurance, and paid shipping labels are non-refundable once used or expired.
If you ship a return without using the provided RE-DO label, shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
If we approve a final sale item to be returned, it is at the customer's expense, and you will not be provided a return label even if ReDo services were purchased. 

Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit, based on your selection.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund timing depends on your bank; please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
Credit card processing fees may be deducted from refunds. Gift card purchases can only be refunded to the original gift card.

If you split payments between gift cards and credit/debit cards, it will be refunded based on how you paid. We are not able to refund amounts paid on a gift card back to a credit/debit card.


Additional Policies
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are not refundable.
If REDO service is purchased and used within 15 days, the return label is free. Please note that WOLFpak does not cover if you choose to have the package picked up or any shipping materials.
There is a charge for exchange shipping that cannot be waived. 
We do not offer price adjustments on completed orders.
All returns are video recorded for documentation purposes. Items that do not meet return standards will be disposed of within 48 hours; customers pay return shipping for rejected items.
Bulk orders are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
At this time, we do not offer in-person returns or exchanges.
Replacement packages cannot be returned/refunded.
Do not send back used items; refunds will not be issued.
Claims can only be redeemed for the original item purchased.
