Sie möchten ein WOLFpak verschenken, sind sich aber nicht sicher, welche Größe oder Farbe es haben soll? Dann senden Sie eine E-Geschenkkarte. Karten können nur online verwendet werden. Lösen Sie den Wert einer Geschenkkarte ein, indem Sie beim Bezahlvorgang den eindeutigen Code in das Feld für den Rabattcode eingeben. Bei diesem Code wird die Groß- und Kleinschreibung nicht berücksichtigt. Eine Geschenkkarte enthält ein Guthaben, das für mehrere Bestellungen verwendet werden kann. Das Guthaben einer Geschenkkarte wird auf den Gesamtwert einer Bestellung angerechnet, der Steuern und Versand enthalten kann. Der Rabattcode wird Ihnen nach dem Kauf per E-Mail zugesandt.

- For hygienic reasons used Backpacks, Towels, Drink Containers and Dog Supplies with hair are not eligible for return.
- Any items with signs of use, odor, glitter, hair or personal belongings inside will not be approved, declines will be sent.
- All items such as patches, meal containers, ice packs, utensil sets, etc that came with the original item must be shipped back or the return will not be approved, declines will be sent.
- Meal Containers need to be received in poly plastic as sent or will be considered used and not acceptable for refund.
- Ice packs received back opened with water in them are considered used and will not be accepted.
- Reduce Pricing Items are subject to non-returnable/exchangeable guidelines (see product listing)
- If you would like an exchange select store credit/exchange. A return label will only be provided to you if the RE-DO service was purchased at checkout.
