WOLFpak Limited Lifetime Warranty

At WOLFpak, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. WOLFpak backpacks and bags are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

We’re proud to deliver rugged, high-performance products that exceed expectations in durability and function. If your WOLFpak gear has a legitimate manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you for the repair or replacement itself, at WOLFpak’s sole discretion.

What “Lifetime” Means

“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable, expected usable life of the product, not the lifetime of the owner. WOLFpak determines the expected usable life of a product based on its design, materials, and intended use.

This warranty covers WOLFpak backpacks and bags only. Accessories, apparel, and other non-bag products are not covered under the Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty Eligibility

This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized WOLFpak sales channels, including:

WOLFpak website or mobile app
TikTok Shop
Amazon (official WOLFpak storefront only)
Shop App
Instagram/Facebook

Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, including resale platforms, auction sites (such as Whatnot), or third-party sellers not listed above, are not eligible for warranty coverage.

This warranty is non-transferable. It applies only to the original purchaser, or to a gift recipient who can provide the original order number or valid proof of purchase.

What’s Not Covered

Normal wear and tear (e.g., worn material, velcro fatigue, broken buckles, snagged mesh or straps, loose threads, loose tags, zipper tabs pulled out, etc.)
Damage due to improper use or care (e.g., exposure to moisture/sun, misuse, airline mishandling, machine washing)
Lost or missing waist straps, chest straps, or other removable components
Animal damage
Cosmetic blemishes that do not impact functionality
Items purchased from unauthorized sellers
Items that have been altered, repaired, or modified by anyone other than WOLFpak
Products no longer owned by the original purchaser or verified gift recipient

How to Submit a Claim

Click Start A Warranty Claim and follow the prompts.

We typically review claims within 3–5 business days. If your claim is approved, we’ll email you with return instructions if needed. Your 7-day shipping window starts on the date of that email. Your return must show its first carrier scan within 7 calendar days of the date your Warranty approval email is sent.

We do not need to receive the item within 7 days; we only need to see that it is in the carrier’s hands and moving. Once your tracking shows an accepted or in-transit scan within the window, your claim stays open no matter how long transit takes.

If Your Item Doesn’t Ship in Time

If your tracking does not show a carrier scan within 7 calendar days of authorization, your warranty claim will be closed automatically.

A closed claim cannot be reopened.
The defect identified in that claim is no longer eligible for warranty coverage, and a new claim cannot be submitted for the same defect on the same item.

If something outside your control prevents you from shipping on time, a carrier disruption, emergency, etc, contact us at [email protected] before the 7-day deadline passes. We can only consider an extension if you reach out before the claim closes.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping the item to WOLFpak. WOLFpak covers the cost of shipping a repaired or replacement item back to you within the United States.

WOLFpak is not liable for items lost, delayed, or damaged in transit to us.

Resolutions

Warranty coverage applies to the same item only. If the item is unavailable or discontinued, a gift card equal to the original purchase price will be issued.
In certain cases, partial gift cards may be issued depending on the condition of the item and nature of the claim.
Acceptance of a repair, replacement, or gift card fully resolves the claim, and the warranty cannot be reused for the same issue.

Limitations

This is the only warranty WOLFpak provides on its products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WOLFpak disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Any implied warranty that cannot be disclaimed is limited to the duration of this warranty.

WOLFpak is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products, including damage to items carried inside a WOLFpak bag.

WOLFpak reserves the right to modify or discontinue this warranty policy at any time. The policy in effect at the time your claim is submitted governs that claim.
