WOLFpak Lifetime Warranty
At WOLFpak, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our gear. WOLFpak backpacks and bags are backed by a Limited Lifetime Warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship (this excludes normal wear and tear).
We’re proud to deliver rugged, high-performance products that exceed expectations in durability and function. If your WOLFpak gear experiences a legitimate defect, we’ll repair or replace it—free of charge and at our discretion.
Warranty Eligibility
This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized WOLFpak sales channels, including:
- WOLFpak website or mobile app
- TikTok Shop
- Amazon (official WOLFpak storefront only)
- Shop App
- Instagram/Facebook
Products purchased through unauthorized sellers, including resale platforms, auction sites (such as Whatnot), or third-party sellers not listed above, are not eligible for warranty coverage.
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., worn material, velcro fatigue, broken buckles, loose threads, loose tags, zipper tabs pulled out, etc.)
- Damage due to improper use or care (e.g., exposure to moisture/sun, misuse, airline mishandling, machine washing)
- Lost waist or chest straps
- Animal damage
- Cosmetic blemishes that do not impact functionality
How to Submit a Claim
If you believe your item qualifies, email [email protected] with:
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the damage
- Your order number or valid proof of purchase
Once your claim is approved, we’ll provide further instructions.
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to WOLFpak. Claims must be received within 7 days of authorization. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service (e.g., UPS or FedEx), as WOLFpak is not liable for lost or damaged shipments.
Warranty coverage applies to the same item only. If the item is unavailable, a gift card equal to the original purchase price will be issued.
In certain cases, partial gift cards may be issued depending on the condition of the item and nature of the claim.
Acceptance of a replacement or gift card fully resolves the claim, and the warranty cannot be reused for the same issue.
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser or verified gift recipient.
