Official Rules
Call of Duty x WOLFpak Instagram Giveaway
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
1. Sponsor. The Call of Duty x WOLFpak Giveaway (the "Giveaway") is sponsored and administered solely by MAH Group, doing business as WOLFpak, 1945 Placentia Ave Costa Mesa, CA 92627 ("Sponsor").
2. No Activision involvement. Activision Publishing, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Activision") are not sponsors, co-sponsors, administrators or promoters of this Giveaway. Activision is not involved in the Giveaway in any way, including entry collection, winner selection, prize fulfillment or handling of entrant information. Entrants are providing information to Sponsor, not to Activision. Call of Duty is a trademark of Activision and is used under license.
3. No Instagram involvement. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. ("Instagram"). Entrants release Instagram from any and all liability relating to this Giveaway.
4. Eligibility. Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, if older) at the time of entry. Entrants must have a public Instagram account. Employees of Sponsor and Activision, their immediate families and household members are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
5. Giveaway period. The Giveaway begins at 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") on 10/26/2026 and ends at 8:00 a.m. PT on 11/06/2026 (the "Giveaway Period"). Sponsor's clock is the official timekeeper.
6. How to enter. To enter during the Giveaway Period, an entrant must complete all of the following:
- Follow @wolfpak.official on Instagram.
- Comment on the official Giveaway post and tag at least one friend.
- Share the official Giveaway post to their Instagram Story while their account is public, and keep it up until the Story expires.
Each comment that tags at least one different friend counts as one additional entry. Tagged friends must be real accounts; tagging the same account more than once, using automated tools, or using multiple accounts voids all entries. Sharing the post to an Instagram feed is encouraged but not required. Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not meet these Official Rules are void.
7. Winner selection and notification. One (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries on or about 11/06/2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Sponsor will verify that the potential winner completed all entry steps, including the Story share. The potential winner will be announced on @wolfpak.official's Instagram Story and contacted by direct message from @wolfpak.official only. The potential winner must reply within [48 hours / 3 days] with a shipping address. A Canadian potential winner must also correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question. If a potential winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or does not comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
8. Prize. One (1) winner will receive one (1) item of their choice from the Call of Duty x WOLFpak collection, subject to availability. Approximate retail value (ARV): up to $249.95 USD. The prize is non-transferable, and no cash or other substitution is permitted, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the chosen item is unavailable. Any taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will ship the prize to a valid address in the U.S. or Canada at no cost to the winner.
9. Fraud warning. Sponsor will only contact the winner by direct message from the verified @wolfpak.official account. Sponsor will never ask for payment, credit card information, passwords, or for an entrant to click an outside link to claim a prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any loss caused by accounts impersonating Sponsor.
10. Release of liability. By entering, each entrant agrees to release, discharge and hold harmless Sponsor, Activision, Instagram, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, losses, damages or liability of any kind arising out of or relating to participation in the Giveaway or the acceptance, use or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical failures, or errors in the administration of the Giveaway.
11. Publicity. Except where prohibited, acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's Instagram handle and city/state or province for promotional purposes without further compensation.
12. General conditions. By entering, entrants agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of Sponsor, which are final. Sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify or suspend the Giveaway if fraud, technical problems or other causes beyond its control affect its integrity.
13. Privacy. Information collected from entrants is collected by Sponsor and used in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy at https://wolfpak.com/pages/privacy-policy
14. Governing law. This Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
15. Winner's name. For the winner's name (available after 11/06/2026), send a direct message to @wolfpak.official or email [email protected] within 7 days of the end of the Giveaway Period.
