Shipping Policy

We offer Free standard ground shipping anywhere in the US States after an actual minimum spend of $125 before taxes and after discounts (6-10 Business Days, this is after processing time AK, HI, PR are excluded from this offer)

If you are excited and would like to receive your products sooner, there are other shipping options available for an additional cost.
- Bulk orders will require shipping fees to be charge to purchaser
- All International orders are subject to duty tax and import fees owed by the purchaser
- APO/APU is available however shipping times could be extended up to 45 days and we are not able to track packages once it is handled over to the Military Parcel for security reasons. Please be acceptable to this prior to ordering.
- We do not refund Shipping Insurance or Paid Shipping Labels, this is a service that has been completed and paid.
- We do not recommend USPS for any orders that are time-sensitive as they are not running on a 2 day time frame anymore.
Cancellation

We understand you may need to cancel your order and we can help process a refund, however all transactions come with a processing fee outside of our control and this fee will be deducted for your refund.
- Fees are controlled by the processing company not WOLFpak.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your funds to appear back into your account.

Processing Times

Paid Shipping received by 12:00 PM Pacific Time, will be shipped on the same business day in most cases.

Remaining Paid Shipping received will be shipped on the next business day in most cases.

Our Free Shipping is a great value, for those not in a rush while our team prepares your order in a few days.
- Processing Time is subject to change during new releases, holidays and/or high volume days, if you need it faster additional shipping speeds are optional.
- Shipping Speed does not include Processing Time, they are two different operations and measured differently.
- Shipping Calculations are measured by Business Days when you select a label, do not count Saturday or Sunday. This is Standard by UPS/USPS.
- Any Overnight orders received after 12:00pm may not arrive the next business day, UPS has a cut off time at 4:00pm and we also need time to prepare your order along with other orders.
- We do not support estimated times from a 3rd Party Checkout Carts(Shop Pay, FB, IG)as they provide an estimated delivery time as if we have your package ready to ship at the time of purchase, this is not the case. Their estimated shipping times are not accurate.
Shipping Confirmation/Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number via email once item has shipped.
- We always send tracking and it could be sitting in your spam folder or your secondary email you put in at time of checkout.
- Facebook and Instagram Orders do not send tracking information as this is not our website. You are ordering from their platform and will not get a confirmation or tracking.
International Orders

International orders outside the US will have a duty tax and custom charge that is owed by the purchaser.
- Duty tax and custom charges will be added to the total at checkout if shopping on our app. If you are checking out through our website, the fees should already be totaled into the product's price.
- Any abandoned packages due to miss delivery and/or refusal of packages are non refundable.
- International Shipping (Some Restrictions may apply due to COVID-19)
- International Taxes and Duty Fees are due by the purchaser
- Prepaid labels for returns/warranties are not provided at this time, customer is responsible for postage.
Holidays

Shipping calendar days are based on the USPS Shipping Calendar.
- All Ground Shipping will be delayed during the Holidays as the carrier will focus on Air Shipping and push back ground shipping.
- Priority Shipping is on a 4-5 day service. We do not recommend this service during our holiday season.
Lost, Stolen & Returned Packages
- Lost Packages happen from time to time, if the selected carrier doesn’t show "Proof of Delivery" we will be responsible to send out a replacement.
- Should we have "Proof of Delivery" our reasonability stops here, as we don’t have control of the environment of the location.
- Should you have provided the wrong address and/or unit/apt number you are responsible as we don’t put in the address in the system.
- Any items returned for the wrong address will be issued a refund less shipping.
- Unit and Apartment Numbers and many locations have high risk uncontrollable environments; we recommend you follow the step below.
- Solution: if this is a concern for you, you may call the selected carrier or send us an email and have the package held at a pick up location.
- If you need more protection we offer protection for purchase at checkout with RE-DO.

We understand lost, damage and porch pirates happen and for this we offer shipping protection by RE-DO.

Should your package not be delivered or damage please email us at care@wolfpak.com for faster results.

We will replace your order hassle free, this is replacement insurance and not to be used for a refund of your claim.
Shipment Damage & Incorrect Shipment

We work hard to protect your order as we pack it for shipping

Should shipping damage occur, we ask that you make contact with us within 24 hours of the packages arrival at our contact page
- Please provide a detail description of the damage and how the package was received, pictures will be requested on our follow up email as we work toward a solution

Delays

Unfortunately, delays do occur. Once the item has left our facility, delays are out of our control.
Customer Pick-Ups
- Confirmation Email Required: Please bring your confirmation email with you when collecting your order.
- Pickup Notification: You will receive an email confirmation once your order is ready for pickup. If you come in before receiving this email, your order may not be ready.
- Pickup Hours: Monday-Friday from 11am to 4pm, and Saturday from 10am to 1pm. We are NOT open on Sundays.
- No Exchanges/Returns: No exchanges, returns, or additional shopping will be offered at pickup.
