We do not recommend Priority Shipping for time-sensitive orders. While we do our best to process all orders quickly, delivery times are not guaranteed.

We offer free standard ground shipping within the U.S. on orders over $125 (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Estimated delivery: 6–10 business days (after processing time)
  • Excludes: Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico

If you need your order sooner, expedited shipping options are available at an additional cost.

Shipping Details

  • Bulk orders require paid shipping and do not qualify for free shipping.
  • International orders are subject to duties, taxes, and import fees paid by the customer.
  • APO/APU shipping is available but may take up to 45 days, and tracking is not available once transferred to military mail.
  • We do not refund shipping fees, shipping insurance, or paid labels once processed.USPS is not recommended for time-sensitive orders.

Processing Times

  • Ground Shipping: 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays)
  • Free Shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Orders with paid Fastpass shipping placed before 12:00 PM PST typically ship the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST ship the next business day.

Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment.

Processing times may increase during new releases, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping speed and processing time are separate. Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
  • Overnight shipping is not guaranteed if placed after 12:00 PM PST due to carrier cutoff times.
  • Third-party checkout platforms (Shop Pay, Facebook, Instagram) provide estimated delivery dates that do not reflect our processing time and may be inaccurate.

Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
If you do not see it, please check your spam folder or the email used at checkout.

Orders placed through Facebook or Instagram may not include tracking updates through our system.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order:

  • A processing fee will be deducted from your refund (set by the payment processor, not WOLFpak).
  • A 10% restocking fee may apply.
  • Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account.

Lost, Stolen, or Returned Packages

  • If the carrier does not provide proof of delivery, we will replace the order.
  • If proof of delivery is provided, responsibility transfers to the customer.
  • Customers are responsible for incorrect addresses and reshipping costs.
  • Returned packages will be refunded minus shipping costs.

We recommend requesting carrier hold or pickup options for high-risk delivery locations.

Shipping Protection (RE-DO)

We offer optional shipping protection at checkout.

  • Covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages
  • Replacements only (no refunds)
  • Replacement items are not eligible for return or refund

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Photos and details will be required for resolution.

International Orders

  • Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer
  • Fees may be included at checkout or built into product pricing depending on platform
  • Refused or abandoned packages are non-refundable
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
