I previously owned a six pack fitness bag and it worked for me for a few years but as I started to grow in my personal training ventures, it just wouldn't hold everything I needed. I purchased the 45 L bag and everything from my previous bag fit perfectly with room to spare! It is great! The bag also has the tags that you can use to personalize the outside and use for free advertisement (hint hint to personal trainers). This is a bag I would truly recommend to anyone!
