Love the back pack, although there were just two things that I noticed that could use improvement. 1. The straps at the top and bottom started to fray. Looks like there were just cut and nothing else. I had to burn the tips to stop them from continuing to fray. 2. The straps that lengthen the backpack on your back don’t seem to stay out when you hold something heavy in there. I had to keep adjust the straps.
